DiY sold me $25.13 windshield wiper blade that they did not have. They informed me I could cancel order which I did, but they are not refunding me
*** Informed by DiY (see below) that I could cancel Amazon order (Order ID: *** since they mistakenly advertised (through Amazon) for $25.13 windshield wiper blade that they did not have. *** I canceled order and followed up with Amazon. Amazon followed up with DiY and Amazon informed me no additional action required on my part and I will get refund. *** DiY refused to give me refund despite me following their (and Amazon's) instructions.

Thank you for the opportunity to reply this matter. In regards to this case, this company DIY-auto who sold this windshield wiper blade is not us. Its another company with the same name. Firstable, we use the dba name of Auto Parts City to sale on Ebay and we do not carry nor sale wiper blades. so, hopefully you contact the original seller to resolve this matter.
We had in the past the many times the same experience and that is why do not use DIY names to operate on e-commerce.

I purchased rear brake lenses for my truck. Used their system to tell me if they would fit or not. According to their recommendation they would fit my truck. I bought them. They arrived via ups on time and packaged nice. I followed their recommendation and hired someone to professionally install. Once at body shop I was called and told the lights will not work, the mounts are on the back and my truck required the side mount type. I sent and email and was sent return instructions. I sent back to company. 10 days after they received the returned items, I had to again email then and ask where my refund was. At that time I was told there would be a 15% restocking fee. I relied on their experience that these would fit my truck. Between the restock fee and shipping back, I am out around $25 ($10.53 restock & $12.10 Shipping charges) because of their expertise. Doesn't seem right that the only reason I bought them was I was told by them they would fit my truck. They just made 15% off me for free, they stole my money. They do not respond to emails either.
Product_Or_Service: tail lights

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I would like reimbursed for shipping and the 15% restock fee. I relied on them to tell it would fit, I didn't just guess.
