DIY Cosmetic Containers

Out of the totallying five orders with this company three have had huge errors in what was ordered and what was sent resulting in business damages
3/order have been screwed up recent orde came with over compacts in the wrong size with the excuse that things happenShe ignores you until you have to blow everything upUNPROFFESIONAL in attitude and will not process a refund for meShe also makes you pay for one shipping method and will use a cheaper option collecting for herself the difference(I.eI paid for FedEx but tracking number and delivery are done through usps.)

On March 25th I placed an online order for a few empty cosmetic containers for the amount of $including shippingI was excited that the product shipped the same dayI should have received the products by USPS First Class mail by April 1st, because the shipment was delayedSince then I have still not received products or a package from DIY Cosmetic ContainersThe situation could have been rectified if a second package was shipped and received, but *** the Owner will not reshipI have already asked for a refund multiple times, but since I have been asking for a refund the Owner has stopped corresponding to me
