I returned a pot of paint for refund, they responded by refusing, saying that it had been opened. It had not been opened. When challenged, they sent me a fake photograph of a different tin that had been opened, showing clear screwdriver or knife marks, where it had been prised. Totally and completely unacceptable behaviour. Shame on you.
Avoid them at all costs.

I am rejecting this response because:
After contacting the merchant, since they didn't contact me, they didn't even know how much it would be for shipping & their answer appeared to be conjured up. Very shoddy way of doing business. They should provide me the product at the correct price & at least pay 50% of the shipping because of their lack. Thank You
