I am a high school teacher paying back student loansAt first, DIY sounded appealing but after I cancelled DIY will not refund any money? Called them and even got a cancellation reference number but still no moneyVery unprofessional and not worth their time
First off I have to say that I was amazed at what was available for me through the federal government to help me with my current paymentI had no idea that any of these programs exsistedDIY really helped me understand my options and what programs I qualified for, they really took the time to explain and made sure I understood everything before enrolling meOver all I was very happy with there service and staffI would recommend this company
