Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here]I strongly reject MrT***'s response. At the time of the installation of the refrigerator and when the existing refrigerator was removed the floor was dry and there was no issue with the water line. In fact, a new refrigerator was installed by my previous kitchen company in April and was in place until July *** without any water issues. Therefore the only logical and factual conclusion is that the damage to the water line occurred during the installation by Premier. The conclusion is supported by the fact that no one else worked on or touched the water line other than Premier. The refrigerator was immediately not producing ice after the installation lending further evidence that the line was damaged during Premier's install. I also noted that MrT*** didn't address their criminal gross negligence of not installing a securing bracket. The conclusion by the insurance company is not surprising considering their self interest in not paying a claim. I am currently pursuing legal action against Maxum Insurance and Premier Transport and possibly Wolf/Sub Zero. I will not withdraw my Revdex.com complaint.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,
*** ***

claim.I met with [redacted] and a representative from Sub Zero at his home upon hearing about the water damage. When I arrived, a plumber was already on site and working on determining the cause of the leak. He discovered that the water was leaking from an existing plumbing connection that was done incorrectly in his home and not the connection we made to hook-up the refrigerator.
