We shipped out [redacted]'s order on June 6, 2016 via USPS tracking # [redacted] and according to the tracking info, it was delivered on June 8, 2016. [redacted] contacted us on Jun 15th to let us know that she hadn't received her order. We advised her that we would look into it and get...

back to her once we heard back from the Post Office. We advised her on the week of June 20th that our policy was to either reship her items or provide store credit. There was a miscommunication/misunderstanding regarding whether we had the items she originally ordered or not. It turned out that we did since we had set them aside for her. By the time we were ready to reship her items, she was no longer interested in receiving her items and wanted her money back. She opened up a PayPal dispute and PayPal decided in our favor. We have shipped thousands of orders since we started our business in 2014 and we always strive to satisfy our customers. Nevertheless, in spite of our policy and [redacted] siding in our favor, we've refunded [redacted] $249.97 due to the miscommunication on our side. We would appreciate it if she closed this complaint.
