Review: On 2/19/17, I purchased 3 items on Dizzy-Lizzy's website for a total of $279.00. Dizzy-Lizzy has received my money, however, I have not received the items I ordered. I have made several attempts to reach this company via phone and email, to inquiry about my purchase, however, no response. Desired Settlement: A refund of $279.00 to my credit card for merchandise I have not received.
Review: Two blouses were ordered on May 23rd 2014. The blouses were never shipped but my credit card was charged on May 23rd for the total amount of $208.00 for these blouses.After repeated unanswered attempts via email and phone to find the whereabouts of this merchandise and to request a refund which is now about a month since the charge I am reporting this company. I also questioned why I was charged when the merchandise had not been shipped.They also sent me a blouse that I did not order or authorize which was completely unrelated to the order in question. Now I can't get them to issue a return authorization for the merchandise that was sent without my consent.This company sells via the internet and has a website listed under two different names: Dizzy-Lizzy and Dizzy-Lizzie both with the same address listed in this complaint.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card refund in the amount of $208.00 that was charged a month ago for merchandise that has not been received and I do not want any other merchandise sending from this company.
The refund was issued today from Dizzy-Lizzy. The complaint has been satisfied.
