Review: Mr Binda was hired to provide photography, videography and album making for my son's recerption held last year on May 26, 2012 at salisbury, MD.He did send the links for the pictures and also DVDs of the function. Although DVDs was not that great and had some problems, but I accepted as it took only over 8 months for him to send to me. For getting pictures and DVDs I had to send him a number of e-mails and he was very prompt in making excueses and promises that it will be sent withing this week and so on. Now, he was supposed to send us the Album and he had promised at least 6 times and as of today I have not rec'd it. Per our verbal agreement, I had made full payment to him last year in June 2012. I request you to get the album from him and also I would like to see if I could get additional comensations from hiom for providing these services so late. Further, I would like to see that his name should be blacklisted and his license must be canceled. It was a big torture and humiliation to professionals like whop trust people like him. He never provided any written contract to me in spite of my repeated request to get a copy_[redacted]Desired Settlement: Per verbal agreement, he must send me the album to my satisfaction. Also, I would like to get additional compensations from him for creating all uncertainities and providing me services so late (after my repeated request).
