On 5/22/14 this company towed my vehicle to another company for mechanical repairs. When the receptionist learned that I was the owner of the vehicle she attempted to put a hold on my vehicle for her own personal reasons unknown to me. I called asking to speak to the owner and president of the business. She called me vile names and would hang up on me and refused to allow me to speak to the owner of the company. She did not bill the insurance for the towing which it is covered under and I was forced to pay out of pocket for the vehicles towing in order to pick up my vehicle. She also hung up on repeatedly while I was attenpting to contact the owner of the company and also contacted another business and defamed my character and slandered my name stating I would not pay my bill to them when I had already paid the bill in full.
