this is our first complaint to the Revdex.com and would like to address this...we did a great job for this lady...when she called we went back and found a corner needed more caulking...also told her her drip edge needed flashing and we are not roofers and do not carry this on the truck...told her we would
come back...it did take several calls later to let her know that this would be a chargable repair since it had nothing to do with the original gutter work...she objected to this and she said she would not pay US any additional money..Mr*** was upset because she kept calling and he told her the same thing over and over regarding the flashing and it was not a gutter problem...We are sorry she could not understand this and got someone ellse to solve this problem... Mr*** originally pulled some dripedge for her and hoped this would solve the problem...it did not...this is when he told dher she needed flashing.We did not ever charge her for pulling of the dripedge we did this as a courtesy..Hopefully this will shed some light on this problem...thank you ...Carol ***

The problem was not a gutter problem.she would have had to pay someone to fix this since we told her this is not our expertise.she insisted we did not want to keep repeating this to her every time she called
