Your team originally came into our store and placed an order in ? Then to months (or more)? later your team came into our store with no invoice and no idea what they had ordered, or how much they had ordered? I was able to provide you with a second invoice to replace the one
your team had lost? This explains why I was engraving yearly and quarterly awards to your unit in June and July of ? Additionally, item amounts were changed on your order and instead of locking you into the invoice you were allowed to switch out awards to fit who got quarterly and yearly awards? During this time there was a confusing email chain of information.? Hard copy lists did not match emails attachments.? At one point your team had quarterly award winners getting yearly awards.? With this confusion I decided to come up with proofs to send to your team to help accurately engrave the awards.? This proved challenging even on proofs that were approvedFor instance two of the glass eagles were incorrect and I believe four of the eagles needed to be redone.? Our store covered the replacement of these items even through your team had approved the proofs and gave the go ahead for them to be engraved.? To my knowledge you have no more awards purchased through our store and you have picked up and presented these awards to your unit.? When you first inquired about a refund by email I wrote that our store would indeed refund what is left on your order and simply requested you return all the unused items you wanted a refund on.? Instead you refused, had me engrave the remainder of your order to present to your unit, and then requested a $refund and filed a complaint to the Revdex.com.? You should have never used our product and returned it to us for a full refund or asked for a refund on the products that we were storing for you.?
