David Fox the owner of DJ Fox Landscapes did cut down [redacted] fence at the request of her neighbor, due to the fact that a pvc fence was being installed in its place.( At that time the post ends were hammered into the ground below grade with no sharp ends sticking up ) .It was my understanding...

at the time, that the two neighbors where in mutual agreement that the fence was being replaced with a pvc fence. When the chain link fence was removed it was facing in the direction so as it would be identified as being the property of homeowner I was working for. When [redacted] and her son [redacted] confronted me with regards to the fence later in the day. My homeowner and my crew and myself were smothered with profanity and name calling by [redacted] and her son [redacted]. I refused to work in these conditions , at that time, my crew and I left and I called the zoning official to review our survey and the property line. I returned the next day with zoning official and were once again, myself and my homeowner and the zoning official were confronted with profanity from her son [redacted] . After the name calling and profanity subsided I told [redacted] that I would reinstall the fence since the chain link was not damage and replace the posts, and stated I have no problem reinstalling the fence. At the time her son [redacted] did take a piece of the chain link. [redacted] and her son then commanded me not to set foot on her property, and that she was going to get a survey, this was in April , May. I did not hear from anyone until July or Aug., I am not exactly sure , I think it was it was from an attorney. He wanted to forward a letter to sign. At that time I forwarded the letter to my Attorney, he instructed me not to sign the letter because the disagreement was between the two neighbors and not my company. October 19 th came around and I was asked by my homeowner to comeback and install the new chain link fence on October 24 or so, we were once again confronted with extremely excessive profanity and name calling to my crew and my homeowners wife, and we were being video taped by [redacted] and her son [redacted] we were also advised by a note to stay off [redacted] property . At this time the hamilton police were called to stop the verbal abuse and video taping, Just so we were able to install the new chain link fence. We just could not work in the conditions of the excessive verbal abuse and name calling and religious chants by [redacted] and her son [redacted] . I do have pictures to provide with the new fence installed .

Review: Dave Fox the owner of DJ Fox Landscaping cut down my chain link fence while I was out working at my daily job. He was working next door at my neighbors house doing work. They (neighbors) or He NEVER asked PERMISSION to cut down my fence completely flush to the ground with the concrete posts left in the ground with some of the jagged metal sticking up out of the ground. As a contractor Fox should have made sure that they had MY Permission to cut it down. When I told him to put it back he Refused to do it. He took NO Permit out to do the job or my neighbors either at that time. But got a permit for this job 4 weeks later. He is DISHONEST, INSULTING , ARGUMENTATIVE, ANTAGONISTIC, BULLYING, CHEATER, LIRE, THEFT. CON ARTIST. He took my fence told me he didn't have it because it was mangled, Now He says he has my fence but instead has a Junk Yard Special . This happened 6 months ago. After all this time and I got a Lawyer and I still don't have my fence. Overall Dave Fox went along with the neighbors decision scheme to cut my fence down partnered with dishonesty.. He has no conviction of ethics and morals of whats wrong to do. Do not use DJ Fox Landscaping for any job you may have because it will be a nightmare and a regret forever. 6 months and still counting. NO FENCE.Desired Settlement: Pay for the destruction on my fence or put up a brand new one . He needs to be reprimanded for his non- ethical practices.
