[redacted] and his helper installed 3 heating and ac ductless units in my house on November 4th, November 6th units stopped working Error code 5, which means that there was a leak in the lines and the freon seeped out. When he came back November 6th, he would not take responsibility for the problem and charged me again at rate of $155 per hour. Which I Paid. On November 27th the units stopped working again I have been calling his office every day since Nov 27 and he will not return my call. It is freezing temperatures and he has no concern for me.
