I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
The systems were finished in November andstopped working at the beginning of MarchI don’t think a business can justifythat the job was complete if the system ran “for all of the winter.” No oneinstalls a brand new *** system hoping it will work well for just one winter.Should we truly be satisfied that we paid close to $20,for a system thatworked for months? The system should have been installed correctly withenough returnsAs I said, *** companies independently inspected the systemand all drew the same conclusion as to why it was continuously shutting down,not enough returns were installedWe didn't have a chance to run the AC unitssince it was not warm enough, but we ran them this week and there are nowproblems with both of those systems as wellOne of the condensers had zero refrigerantin it and it was determined there was a leak in the line, so now we get to payto have that fixed or the air conditioning upstairs won’t work at allSo inaddition to the money we paid to correct both heating systems, we now have topay another $to have the AC fixedNot one part of the project wascompleted correctly, and there were glaring issuesI would like D & JHeating to refund a portion of the money we paid for the system since we havenow paid close to $3,to fix major issues that prevented any portion of thesystem from functioning properlyWe have detailed invoices from the ***company we used to fix D & J’s mistakes, along with copies of cancelledchecksWe will provide all of this documentation and *** can refund us themoney we paid to fix the systemsThat is the only way we will be satisfiedWe also read another complaint on the Revdex.com website for D&J heating, so for *** to say there has never been a complain is not the truth

The systems are fine and there is two 8" returns witch is more that enough return that is cmfs per run that is a total of cfms there and there is per ton of ac and the down stairs unit is a to so that leaves cfms witch is good all house don't have the floor space to get all the cfms backthis will never end on your part also the job was past inspection if you could please stop this nonsense both systems ran all winter and heated the house just fine and this was one of the worst winters on record .so if you could please let me know what it is that you are trying to accomplish so that we both can just put this behind us I full filled the contract and now mouths later she is doing this so please do not post this to my account as I have held a A+ rating for years and not had a complaint on my name thanks

the work was done and inspected by the town and passed never heard about the system going down as she stated. I would never not respond to her nor any of my customers and I didn't hook up the bathroom fan that I installed that was not part of my contract and she didn't wont to pay me for so I didn't...

finish that. then my plumber that did the gas the inspector had him do extra work there to bring the dryer up to code and she would not pay for that(the dryer had nothing to do with the heat or a/c ) either. as for as mass save I cant control how they do there paper work I have done many mass save jobs and some paper work goes with out a hitch and some takes longer. she was just a tough costumer  to please and I did a professional job and im sorry that she is not happy . I would love to see proof that I didn't responded to emails or text because I have them all that I can prove that I responded I keep all records of emails and text between customers. I feel that this is just a attempt to make me look bad as the units ran all winter with this cold just fine she has a one year parts and labor warranty and I feel that she would of called me to fix it for free  so I hope this does not go on the Revdex.com web site as I have been in business for 11 years and don't have a single complaint and i pride my self at making ever customer happy and I feel hat this should not be a complaint against me.  that being said what I do with my family is  my  personal business and I didn't go any where so I don't know where she got that if the Revdex.com has any question please contact me at  ###-###-#### thanks I hope this complaint is resolved
