The complainant, her husband and I entered into a contract with all the terms and conditions agreed to and a deposit check issued to me in my company's name about days later I got a text message from the complainant stating that she had cancelled the contract and that we needed to meet for me to supply my business license and insurance information I went to the location where the work was to be done where I saw and spoke to the complainants brother to whom I presented the requested documentsShe later contacted me stating that we needed to meet anot her time to renegotiate the terms and conditions of the contract she further requested that the payments be divided in rather than which we had originally agreed on she also wanted me to give her another discount I informed her there won't be any need to me because having signed a previous contract the terms and conditions would remain the same so it was senseless to renegotiate a contract that had been agreed on and signedI told her that because I had rearranged my schedule to accommodate doing this job if she didn't honor the terms and conditions I would proceed legallyCheck was retained as proof to submit to my attorney

I have mailed out the check I wish not to have any further contact with this customer because in the first place they lack professionalism in the manner they conducted this transaction I don't wish to have my good reputation damaged over an issue of this nature
