Dj Mulligans Nearly New-Used Appliances

I am rejecting this response because: First complaint of the refrigerator was actually within warranty and yes did pay up charge of after l lost worth of foodNow the stove yes the knob did melt due to extreme heat as well as melting my microwave and yes vent was running on microwave and he did charge me for the knob and if needed I can produce the cleared checkand no I've was stuck in the I've machine he took pictures of the model and was supposed to order one and have never heard from them after I have called numerous timesSo now after spending approximately dollars I have a refrigerator with no workin ice machine and a melted above the range microwave due to the faulty stoveI want the ice machine repaired and something done with my microwave that would still be working had the stove worked properlyAnd he does deserve this complaint when the faulty stove melted the knob that Saturday I called during business hours about it and was told nothing they could do it was SaturdayI'm lucky in the fact my house didn't burn downAnd as far as out of warranty ur business claims to do appliance repairbut u won't even come repair ur own appliances that u sell

Hi Davy Mulligan here Replying to case Let me start by saying everything sold was months outside of warranty, I will start with the refrigerator she called near 2months outside of warranty said the refrigerator was not cooling like everyone I chose to helpI determined problem was
repairable and we would of done so but she wanted a upgrade a newer model, big step up from one that was purchasedI took price she paid applied to newer model . She called back after exchange said ice maker didn't work I sent someone out found that ice cube got stuck cleared and all was good called back said stove melted knobs I sent someone out tech found that during customer running self cleaning customer opened door exposing heat to knobsWe replaced knobs no charge to customer During self cleaning a stove can reach temps between and hundred degrees she complained that it took out her over the range microwave , Every tech and even reading manual would say when running the oven be sure to run vent on microwave as hot air comes from top of stove under the headAnd never should you unlatch and open oven when in self cleaningI feel everything we did outside of warranty to assure customer had working appliances even with customer errorWe don't deserve this complaint .. I am sorry and regretful that with all are efforts we could not make customer happy. thanks
