D&J Paving

We contracted with D&J ([redacted]) to repair/rebuild our retaining wall on 9/19/13. The repairs have not been completed. The partially repaired wall soon caved in. We called them numerous times and they did not call us back. When we finally reached them they promised to be here the next day and did not show up or call. After another contact and promise to be here the next day they again did not show up. They have not been here to work in over a month. We are now near the end of November and the wall is in worse shape than when they started. We have pictures validating our claims.
