has not responded to the poor cleanup their crew left.With sharp pieces of metal in the yard my dogs and neighbors dogs running around 1 could be hurt
Multiple emails have gone unresponded to.
Have complained in person and issue still happened
Unprofessional finish leaving fascia bent/waffled
Unprofessional on phone to my wife. My wife said sales person Shaun claimed has had to talk to crew multiple times before about bad clean up and that he was giving them the finger as they spoke.
I have already paid a significant amount to the company and do not believe they are owed anything more given mess they left behind that I am still cleaning up
Nails, screws, staples, sheet metal are still being found by myself and neighbors.
Soffit pieces could of seriously injured a person or damaged a car.
I want my account closed with no further monies owed and no further contact by the company.

We are a business that has multiple jobs, estimates being done, and quotes being handled and sent out. We ask our customers to be patient in regards to our responses. We are a fully license and insured company that handles many phone calls and appointments every day.
In regards to the complaint about communication. Marissa would communicate to me by phone. Yes we did play "phone tag" a few times.
She stated to me on the phone today that,
"Yes, that is understandable that we missed each other's phone calls."
I have called the customer many times after emails. No immediate answers but, only return calls the following, if not the day after. I understood that the customer was upset about the construction materials left at the job site. I did so by phone as to get a personal and immediate line of communication to the customer. I felt a phone call was a far more efficient and personable way to respond to a complaint. Phone calls were not answered immediately. 9 times out of 10 messages were left requesting the customer to please contact me about the issues so we could come back and do the cleanup. As far as the screws staples and nails go. We only use 1/4" inch screws which are very small. The staples or nails found were very small and could have been flung to unknown locations without the installer's knowledge. To my knowledge, the soffit pieces that were left behind were wedged in a small space in-between the house and a shed. It was an honest mistake and just got overlooked. Yes, that is still not acceptable and should not have been over looked.
On the other hand, Ryan would only communicate by email. He stated that I never sent him an email with anything that would denote final payment. That email was sent February 12th 2020, the day before the project was to start as he wanted to amend the scope of work with changing the amount of gutter installed. I sent him a PDF file which I will include denoting the change order, the total price, monies paid, and the remaining balance.
We were very patient with the customer and the changes made at the last minute. Anything that was said to the installers was not meant towards the customer or to offend anyone.
