Dear Sir, or Madam, I tried to change my heating system from Electric to Natural Gas for the year 2013. I talked with National Grid and they reffered me Scopa Plumbing & Heating Co. I started to have a contract in August 6 2013. However National Grid send the gas line to my house on October 18 2013. Unfortunately it too 2 months that they started to install the gas equipment. They called me several times and asked me to keep the door open and bring the Furnace, But there was no furnace to install. They keep saying that they have ordered the furnace to national grid and they do not sent it. Any way, after I talked so many time with national grid and figure out that there was no order done, around middle of December 2013 they got the Furnace and installed my Gas equipment. Just mention that opposite they said on their contract, at that time they got so far 3000$. I could finally get the gas heater in my house around middle of January. Because of their not efficient and fast working, I paid another $425.00 electrict bill for my heating system in addition to all gas installation for their winter. Unfortunately, now, half of the house is cold around 61 F and the other half of the house is warm to 72 F. I talked with them several times they say that it is an easy problem but they Do Not show up to fix it. (right after they got the whole money, they didn't show up and no answer the phone). They still have not remove the electric base bored that Domenic Scopa promised it will be part of the project. His coworker got another $300.00 to do some side job done and put the wooden base bored when he remove the electric boreds , he just keep promising and never showed up after he got the check and cashed it as soon as he could the same day. I have spend almost $6000.00, this 4 weeks project took 6 months, I paid more that $400.00 for electric bill this year. Plus they Do Not give me an appropriate statement to use them for Furnace rebate and Loan from Bank. I am very frustrated and don't know what to do
