I appreciate your time today in person As stated the inspection report and the water leaking report that we had done today--should be available to us by Monday morning At that time we can move forward together in making your garage more waterproof
As I
have stated before and told you this morning, we will make right anything we did not do correctly in the garage and are even considering extra steps to make this more preventable in the future for you We want you to have a complete picture Many different factors are involved in the report With that said, we are waiting to finish out the garage until the reports are back and we have all had a chance to review them
I also now feel like I have a detailed list of the issues to your house that need to be addressed from our end I want to have these done in a timely manner for you I will follow up with another e-mail and document for your review to make sure I am not missing anything Then I will schedule with you to see when is the best time to come and get them all done
Our intention is to always be the high standard in the industry I apologize that your expectations were not met and am going to work to see that our work is completed in full and correctly I am honestly looking to get this taken care of in a timely and professional manner
