11/09/& 11/- Customer contacted on-line services to inquire about returning merchandiseWas told items were clearance & pursuant to our return policy clearance items are not refundable01/> Customer called corporate office and was explained the same policyCustomer upset and a
one time exception made to accept back merchandise; with the exception of day return policy & clearance non-refundable, all other return criteria must be met01/- customer spoke won-line rep who apprised her of exceptionMerchandise received back 01/02/thru 02/on-line attempted to contact customer regarding return, nor response2/requested refund be processed but time frame to credit back account passed but correspondence erroneously sent to customer indicating refund to be processedOn-line services sent customer a merchandise GC since could not credit account and considered matter concludedCustomer contacted corporate offices 02/and explained situationReviewed matter and confirmed details and processed refund for $(amount of purchase minus return shipping fee)MGC customer received valued to $for inconvenience

Received complaint that on-line order was not receivedPackage shows to be deliveredCustomer requested refund and on-line services had been reviewing matterI requested on-line services process a refund for the orderI have received confirmation that a refund transaction was processed today,
