Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] Am still trying to get this job finished. Have sent a text request to D.J. of D.J.'s plumbing. We still have a... leak and other problems. He says he will come today Wednesday, August 6, 2016. Pleased that the control box is working now. The last time he was here he had to reinstall the valves they had been installed incorrectly by his helper that is why the control box was not working. Hopeful he can finish.

We gladly showed up on August 6th and resolved the issue for the client and they have had no further issues

We contacted the client and resolved the issue to the customers satisfaction
