Customer agreed to a specific amount for their panels, they gave a deposit which is non refundable if they cancel their order which is stated in a contract which they had signed with Werth Solar
There were in fact shipping delays on our
end due to *** Tariff on Solar panels which resulted in our company having to change to Canadian suppliers, (Werth Solar feels bad about the inconvenience and extended wait period.)
Customer wanted to cancel order when they were asked to provide direct payment to new supplier, customer has refused to pay remaining balance of their orderCustomer's order will be ready to ship when balance owing is agreed apon and sent to factory via customer's lawyer
