Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The things stated about me are accusations yes I gave notice late wich was the 22nd of august but I still was fully moved out the property by september 1st with bills paid up to date and allAfter all I went through living in there property im appalled that they would say this act is to bully them for a deposit thats absurd all I went through living there all the money I put in to that home new hardwood floors and ceiling fan I should not have had to report to the Revdex.com about a deposit refund it should have just been given to me common courtesyBut its fine you live and you learn I know not to rent from them again let alone refer them to anyone? [redacted] failed to give proper notice when he moved out of his rental home, managed by DJCRE, IncHis lease requires days advance notice to terminate his lease His lease clearly indicates if he fails to give notice, he would forfeit his security deposit [redacted] is not entitled to any refund of his deposit Additionally, [redacted] , upon leaving the property, left trash in the basement of the home, and damaged interior doors, and one window [redacted] was advised in writing of these additional lease infractions, as required by state law Pictures of this damage are on file with our office, and will be provided to [redacted] [redacted] stated in writing, the reason for his departure from the property was a result of his financial condition, not the condition of his propertyAdditionally, [redacted] stated he experienced extermination issues while in the home Extermination is his responsibility under his lease He has approached our office with these concerns, and we have explained these points to him His unhappiness with the outcome should not be the basis for a Revdex.com complaint This is a blatant attempt to bully our office to give a refund that [redacted] is not entitled too
