DJDC WAS A DANCE COMPANY MY 9 YEAR OLD CHILD WAS ON. I PAID THE OWNER 608.00 NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER FOR A DANCE COMPETITION (BUCK OR DIE) IN AL. THE COMPETITION WAS ON 1/10/20 ON 1/07/20 THE OWNER CXL THE TEAM COMPLETELY. SHE STATED PARENTS WILL GET A REFUND OVER TIME. SHE ALSO STATED WE COULD EMAIL OR CALL HER TO TALK ABOUT OUR REFUNDS. I PAID MY CHILD 100.00 TUITION ON 1/01/20 FOR THE MONTH, AND I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR THAT BECAUSE SHE WASN'T DANCING THE MONTH OF JANUARY. IT HAS BEEN OVER 30 DAYS, AND THE OWNER HASN'T COMMUNICATED WITH ME OR ANY PARENT. SHE ISN'T RETURNING ANY CALLS, TEXTS, NOR EMAILS.

January 7, 2020 *** announced that she would be stepping away from Sparkling Divas majorette team under DJDC. At the time of the announcement, *** did not provide any explanation other than personal reasons and promised refunds for un-rendered services. I had just paid $100 for monthly tuition on January 3, in addition to a total of $420 in uniform fees that I had not received. After not hearing anything further following the announcement, I reached out to *** via email on January 16 with no response. I then reached out to the other mothers who also advised that they had not seen or heard from *** nor received a refund. I made several more attempts via email, phone, ***, and *** unsuccessfully in reaching ***. The other moms recommended that I dispute the charges with my bank, but unfortunately, my credit union would only go back 90 days and would not be able to provide a full refund for the total amount paid to *** for services not received.

Owner and operator *** refuses to return emails and phones calls pertaining to cost and charges for trips and competitions for my child whom is 12 years old. *** asked another parent to tell me to come into her office if I wanted to talk to her. So be it that I have been diagnosed with epilepsy I am unable to drive so for the pass 5 months have been sending my child by *** to ensure she gets to practice. On arrival *** states that she feels like I disrespect her asked for her to elaborate since I haven’t seen or spoken to her verbally I have sent emails and gotten nothing but rude responses I ask her that we communicate face to face since emails and text can cause different conceptions she said that would be best I then addressed her as darling and she started don’t call her anything else and I was confused as to why she is so angry she then refused to take my payment for my flight to New York although my daughters fees had been satisfied since December 2018. She got up opened her office door and shooed myself and my 8 and 2 year old out of office my daughter was there attending practice I told *** on the way out have a blessed evening darling and she then yelled to my daughter get your stuff and get out as she held the front door open allowing my young children run out on a busy parking lot my two year old almost getting hit by a car she then pushed me out the door. I called Bridgeton police and the parents denied any of the actions to the officers as me and my children stood out in the cold to call for a ride after being pushed out of the dance studio.

My daughter attended DJDC for camp. They did not provide water and had the kids running laps outside in 100 degree weather. When I came to pick my daughter up she was having shortness of breath and doubled over. I was told they would not provide water and that the children needed to bring there own. When I arrived anither child was being taken to a hospital by ambulance for having an asthma attack.
