I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
Mr*** picked up the payment for on june 22nd ive been sending the payment since 5/23/to the address Mr*** advised me to send it to which was the buiness locationMr *** knew I had been in and out of the hospital which was why he told me to mail it, when it came as undeliverable I waited and when it was returned from the post office on 6/3/ I resent itit was available for pickup 6/and they did not pick it up from the post office until 6/20/which I have proof ofI have had my mom call Mr*** trying to get him to communicateI have provided proof of all calls, text, emailsI can have my mom justify calling as wellMr*** is giving incorrect dates Mr*** didnt return the car to me until 5/5/at *** rd *** after dealing with the catalystic converterHe told me it was and he was going to make me pay itI asked him then how if it was in daysi purchased the car on 4/So within a week it was repairsBy 5/i had to replace coils for the motor, spark plugs, transmission mount and motor mount, brakes,rewiring the radio and the air conditioner because it caught on fire with me in the vehicle, tires, battery acid for old battery until can afford a new battery all on 5/the muffler and exhaust will have to be replaced and even the motor itselfIts just now July 7thpayments may 27, june 10th, june and july 8th equal months So far in repairs I have dollars service fees and so far in paid parts, excluding the catalystic converter of quoted by Mr***Total so far in repairs are almost months of paymentsAdditional repairs as follows: Motor Exhaust Muffler New battery because the one in the vehicle was never charged or taken care of thats Tires new or used they left dry rodded tires with no treadingtotal with new tires are with tires totalling My last balance was adding all repairs excluding additional service fees for labor totals to If Mr *** is still holding me for the catalystic converter adding that puts total repairs at without labor fees in a month time frameHe also has on other receipts that the deposit of the down payment expires 7/26/So again he can refund me the and if he wants to pay for the parts and services that has been done to the carHe owes me and we can end this unhealthy, unethical business relationshipI have validated proof of everything provided

Thank you for notifying me of complaint # *** DJE Auto sells used vehicles “AS IS” On April 27, the customer purchased the vehicle and has signed all necessary documents stating the terms and condition of the vehicle In her hurry to obtain the vehicle I explained to
her we needed to replace the Osensor on the vehicle, but she insisted on having the vehicle immediately On April 30, 2016, DJE Auto made arrangements to have the first Osensor repaired On May 3, the second Osensor was repaired at which time the mechanic informed me he needed to also replace the catalytic converter All repairs were performed at the expense of DJE Auto, due to having existed prior to its sale In addition she was given a loaner to utilize until the necessary repairs were completed. The cost of the vehicle was $3,500, which required a down payment of $ The customer was short $of the down payment which was scheduled to be paid on May 13, Subsequent bi-weekly payments in the amount of $were scheduled to begin on May 27, Presently the customer has kept the vehicle since April 27, and has failed to make any of her scheduled payments Due to her defaulting in the payment agreement the customer needs to surrender the vehicle for non- payment.Should you have any additional questions pertaining to the above referenced complaint please feel free to reach me at ***.
