After ordering products on March 17, and paying day shipping; I still have not received my order (today is May 11, 2016) All customer service numbers lead to voicemail boxes that remain full and leave me unable to communicate with anyone or leave a voicemail An e-mail communication was received and returned by MrMa'at-ra, in which he indicated that it was the fault of his staff and provided a full page stock response attached to the e-mail, regarding his character - all which deflected the issue; which is provide me with the product I paid for or a refundAnything else is theft! I was promised a follow up communication the following day (4/29th) regarding the status and did not receive it To date he has my money and I have nothing that I paid for in good faith
