Review: I purchased my phone system through this company and took the service plan. The company was awful from the beginning installing my phone system improperly and taking months to finally rectify the problem. It was so bad that they gave me 6 months of free service. Over the course of the next 2 years I had issues with my system and when I contacted them for help, they never returned my calls. Again I finally spoke with a manager and he credited me with a free month. At that time I told him that if I had another issue and did not receive service, I would consider that a breach of contract and I would not be paying out the rest of my contract. I once again had an issue and mad multiple calls to DJJ and again did not receive any return calls. They have now sent me to collections because I did not pay for a service that they did not provideDesired Settlement: I am not looking for any return of money for services not rendered properly, I just want them to drop the collections and go away
