When Mr [redacted] brought his vehicle in we where very clear there could be more than one issue What we fixed were broken motor mounts This had to be repaired and he did agree He was also told many times this may not be the only issue When the motor mounts where installed this unfortunately was not the only issue as we had explained to him from the beginning He also had a bad transmission At this point he was very upset with us even though we where very clear with him I do not believe we owe him any money back as we Hawkins Towing were very upfront with him from the beginning His car could have several issues we fixed the one seemed most crucialThank you for your time [redacted] 864- [redacted] Please call with any questions
