D'Jon Restaurant

On 9/13/2012 I met with a [redacted], employee of D'Jons Restaurant about having my wedding ceremony & reception at their location 6/1/2013. I was told by [redacted] that I would need to put a deposit down of $585 but that [redacted] would have to be the one to write up the contract. He gave me a receipt for my payment and told me [redacted] would contact me. After weeks of not hearing back I called and spoke with [redacted] and he said that [redacted] no longer worked there and he did not have my money. He called [redacted] and was told that he had put the money in the company safe. [redacted] will not refund my deposit. I have decided to go elsewhere and I never signed a contract with them stating that my refund was non-refundable.
