After reading over this statement I would like to say that I bent over backwards for this customerUpon finalizing their loan there was a problem with the loan, and we were not able to close on the loan at the time in which we plannedIt was around Christmas time, and although I was not paid in full I still allowed this customers to move inSimply because I had compassion for this family
After they lived in the house for over years in which they also allowed their large dogs to occupy the home there was inevitable damage in which the dogs tore up window edges, chewed on doors, and urinated on the wooden floorsThere was a lot of issues that was caused by these dogs in which I was called onThese were not warranty issuesHowever, I allowed them to work directly with my subcontractors to utilize getting their house fixedThey dealt with them directly, and they paid them directlyI read the allegations of me not paying my subcontractorsThis is absolutely untrue with proof being that this house was sold to the customer free, and clear of incumbent liens and judgmentsThe situation with the warranty is there is a rule that if the homeowner hires someone else to work on the equipment other than the person that originally worked on it the warranty will not be honored
In reference to the yard issues I purchased the lot from a developerI could not go on someone else’s property to divert waterThere was never a leak in their home from anything that I was responsible forI elevated the home ftIt was true that I was scheduled to go back out to their homeI am not exactly sure of the date at this time, but prior to the day that I was scheduled to go out there was an incident in which there was a firearm fired inside of the home by Mr***He was subsequently arrested due to this incidentAt that point I did not want to put myself or any of my subcontractors in any type of harm way so I decided that I was not going back to the homeThe last time in which I was there Mr*** displayed a character of anger in my presenceI feel that Mrs*** is a great person with a beautiful spiritHowever, I am hesitant in dealing with her husbandAs for as there house not selling I have a house in the same neighborhood that has not sold due to the economyI also had the same realtor in which they hadI have since changed realtors, and I am in the process of hiring a more experienced, excited realtor that has very high traffic in the homes that she has for sellIf they would like her number I would be happy to forward it to themI have also closed the business Golden PropertyIt is no longer in operationThank you for your help in resolving this matter
