This response has little credibilityAll DKB literature notes to have trash out by 7:A.MThe collection time can change for many reasons; not complying with this can result in the customer not getting collectedThis is what happened on a consistent basis with this customer
Secondly, this customer has a history of late paymentsDKB's state of the art system handles thousands of payments monthly on time and without issueIt meets all standards for data security and is a modern cloud base systemThe customer has to make the payment by the 15th, which is noted on all statementsThe customer's argument that the payment system is poor is silly in the face of the facts and payment historyDKB does accept checks which can be mailed prior to the 15th of the month so service is not stopped
Thirdly, the customer never paid for the service they received in DecemberA refund is never going to be sent based on thisThe customer got one collection because they failed to have the trash curbside by 7:A.M
Finally, this customer is the an example of the exact type of customer we don't want! They had a history of paying late, could not seem to get their trash out by a.mand then promulgated fictitious arguments and excuses as to why they are owed a refund
As the owner of the company, I don't tolerate belligerent treatment directed at any member of my teamWe take pride in the work we do and the interaction we have with all our customersBullying any member of the team is not toleratedJust as our customers have a choice on who they select for their trash and recycling needs, DKB, too has a choice on who we service

As the owner of DKB Disposal I do not agree with any of your statementsFirst, your collection day has been Thursday since DKB does not make schedule changes without prior notice under any circumstanceSecond, when you first called you did not have a payment due until the date noted on
your invoiceAs you know payments are due by the 15th of the first service month of the quarterly cycleYou were not collected on Dec or Dec due to that situation, not the times you promulgatedThird, this is not the first time the account has been in this situation; in fact of the billing cycling have had the same situation occurFourth, you argued about getting a refund for the weeks that were not collected due to the payment situationAs the office manager noted, we do not issue refunds for that type of situationFifth, the office manager told you that she is the one who answers the phone when you indicated you spoke with someone at the officeAt no time did she indicate your issue had anything to do with work load on our partAfter which, in a profanity laced sentence, you indicated you wanted to cancel your serviceWe gladly did that as I do not tolerate this type of behavior from anyone to my staffIn addition we did not seek payment for the two weeks of service we provided in good faith to you when you rudely canceled service
So we do not give refunds for payments you never madeAs noted above this non collection situation has occurred out of payment cyclesDKB will not issue any refund to for a invoice you never paid
