Review: My son failed to attend a scheduled therapy service on Aug 18, 2013 and was charged the standard service fee of $65. In an attempt to pay the charges my wife attempted numerous phone calls to [redacted] (but the voice mail box was full preventing her from leaving a message. My wife tried numerous e-mails contacting [redacted] to make payment but did not receive responses adequate to arrange the payment. On Sept 10, less than 30 days later, I received a letter of collection from a collection agency. I eventually had to drive to the location to make the payment. I have no issue with the $65 service fee, or any late fees charged by[redacted]. I have issue with being turned over to a collection agency less than 30 days after incurring charges, especially after multiple attempts to provide charge information to [redacted]. Because I have a security clearance, I am very sensitive to being turned over to collections.Desired Settlement: A letter stating the amount due was inadvertently sent to collections, and all money due was paid within 30 days.

This is the response to the complaint made by [redacted] regarding no show fee and 30 day notice. Please be advise that his son was also a "no show" on 6/10/2013 and a no show fee was not paid. The collection agency should of sent a bill for $130 plus collection fees for the dates of 6/10/13 and 8/19/2013. When we spoke to [redacted] about her missed appointment on June 10, 2013, she indicated that she "forgot". This was logged in our computer system. June 10/2013 to present was about 60 days past due. The billing department will contact the collection agency and have them update the account and resend an updated letter and bill to [redacted]. Please be advise, that we cannot accept any payments at our office. Please make all payments with the collection agency assigned to [redacted] account.

VERY unprofessional, lack of knowledge. Complete lack of organization and management. there is a reason they don't have a waitlist. I am very skeptical of the staff qualifications. Qualified my son for 2 30 minute sessions, eventually got around to scheduling him one sessiona week (the first few were cancelled by them last minute after incredible difficulty scheduling) I am pretty sure they still build insurance for both sessions....Do not waste your or your child's time!
