This home is 10 months old. It was purchased on April 5, 2019. The roof has 12-17 spots where the nails pops are coming through the ceiling. I called the builder, DKG Homes, Inc., David G, 3 times and he has yet to return my calls. I was told verbally in the closing that for new homes the roof and heating is automatically covered for 5 years.
To Whom It May Concern:
I received a letter today from the Revdex.com in regards to a drywall repair for a ceiling at ***. I forwarded the information to *** to contact the homeowner for any drywall repairs. DKG Homes had previously explained to the buyer that settling issues are common in new construction and that we would repair the nail pops after the one year period. It was also explained to the homeowner that DKG Homes will not repaint any of the repaired areas. Any additional painting is at the homeowners expense.
