Review: On about May ** we contacted DKI Hudson Valley to find out about home repairs at that time a man name [redacted] come to my home to inspect it. Later that day a [redacted] came to my home and stated he would be the foreman oversee the repairs. At that time my wife and daughter decided to hire them. Layer in the month of May (we are unsure of the exact date) 4 gentleman came to my home to start cleaning at that time my family and I had already packed and moved all the boxes in to the pod provided by my insurance. the gentleman were insulting my family due to the cleanliness of the home, the went onto my basement with out permission and went into my yard begging for toys. later that day my daughter found a swasticka on my dining room wall. My wife told [redacted] right away. Once my floors were refinished the 2 gentleman that were cleaning and bring in my furniture and boxes, were called away on an emergency when they left they left some of my belonging in my yard for my dogs to peeing on. On Aug ** I gave [redacted] a check from the bank and had him write me a note on the estimate to make sure that I had proof of the payment at that time [redacted] wrote down that DKI owes my 1662.72(overpayment). On Aug ** I start receiving bill stating we owe more money. At that time I contacted [redacted] from DKI and forwarded the note to her and spoke to her on the phone a few time we told her about all the problems we had with the worker and [redacted], we also request that the owner [redacted] call us. On Aug ** we left on vacation. When returning on the [redacted] of Sept we contacted DKI again to see when they would be finishing our home. At that time [redacted] and [redacted] came to our home to see what still needed to be done. At that time I once again explained all the issues we had. At that time he saw that the sofa was broke my refrig dr was damged and not all the painting was done. nothing was unpacked as it should have been. Since then we have heard nothing when calling [redacted] states she need to speak with [redacted] but we never receive a callDesired Settlement: We no longer want them in our home we would like the following the money for unpacking the boxes, damaged to the refrigerator form the workers, damaged to repair my sofa, broken dished and damaged [redacted] picture. the money to buy paint and paint the unfinished wall. And my 1662.72 stated in the receipt.we have picture of item left in yard also I have pictures of the sofa and the note from [redacted]
