Review: Placed an order with DL Customz for 20 full dye uniforms (softball jerseys) with agreed upon delivery date of March **, 2014. Order was requested to pay 1/2 up front and 1/2 upon delivery. $332.50 was paid on January **, 2014 for the 1/2 up front. Was told continuously that DL Customz was awaiting shipment to them. Was told on April **, 2014 that DL Customz had our jerseys in hand and was awaiting 2nd half of payment. I paid them $332.50 on April **, 2014 to complete our order. At that time I was told that they would be in the mail. After no delivery by April **, 2014 (mind you this is coming from New York to New Mexico), I inquired into the status once again. I was then informed that they were shipped on April **, 2014. Once again, after no delivery by April **, 2014 I have inquired into their status as I still have not taken delivery of the jerseys. I would have been ok with open and honest communication, but DL Customz has taken it to another level.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $665.00.

Review: I ordered softball jerseys from DL CUSTOMZ and made first payment of $345 on March **, 2014, I was told order would be completed in three weeks. I sent second payment for $345 on April *, 2014. In total paid $690 to a paypal address([redacted]) given to me by [redacted], for the completion of our jerseys. I have had bad communication with [redacted] from the start. Jerseys to this day of June **, 2014 are still not delivered. I've gone weeks since the initial contact without hearing from [redacted] at all. He continues to give me the run around and will not give an exact date that the jerseys will be delivered. He only gives vague statements saying that he is having trouble with a distributor. It has been nearly three months since I ordered the jerseys and with a promise of a three week completion, I along with my teammates, and our sponsor are very upset.Desired Settlement: I'm looking for full delivery of order as soon as possible. If DL CUSTOMZ cannot deliver the jerseys I am looking for a full refund of $690.
