Charges for service far exceeded the amount quoted. Contacted firm twice; no response to two letters sent.
Contacted firm as a Samsung rep. Was told that the charge would be $100 for service and any parts would be an additional charge. Two persons (Gil/Roberto) came due to the service rep did not speak acceptable English. 45 minutes spent, problem persists. Was told that $285 in charges included $100 portal to portal chg which was never stated during initial contact.. No parts were shown on invoice. Sent two letters of complaint to owner of firm. Never received any response from him. It is also interesting that the "Trip" charge was entered with a different pen than the basic billing for services.
I feel that a refund of at least $100 is appropriate. That would be the recoveryof the trip charge. Also, I do not know what the $85 above the basic chare was for--no indication of any parts replaced.
