I drove onto the lot expecting to purchase a newer car. I met a young sales lady who successfully showed me what I wanted to see. We were able to come to an agreement on price and I drove my 2013 Ford Fusion off the lot the following day. Within 1 week the car gave me a "Engine coolant over-temperature" reading in the dash board. It only lasted a couple seconds and then would quickly go away, so I didn't think anything of it. Thirty days from the purchase date, the car finally decides to break down and not run. Needless to say I had to get it towed 20 miles back to the dealership. Luckily I got a loaner car from Green Ford. It has now been 3 business days since they have had my car. I got the great news today that the warranty I purchased through Green Ford does NOT cover the temperature sensor replacement or the battery with a dead cell. So here I am having to pay another $350 bill because the service department couldn't see the problem BEFORE selling the car.
The Salesperson, financial managers, and General Manager were very informative and helpful in completing the purchase transaction
