Review: D and L plumbing installed new gas burner and hot water tank on June [redacted],2014. Water was continually leaking from burner. Then, I had no hot water on Jul[redacted]. D and L Plumbing made visit to house in July and stated that a part is malfunctioning and it needs to be replaced. D and L Plumbing stated he would order part and return to repair. 13 phone calls were made to D and L Plumbing in August and September and I have still not heard from D and L Plumbing. Meanwhile I still have water leaking from Burner.Desired Settlement: Have D and L Pluming replace part and correct problem or reimburse me for calling another plumber to make repair.
