I ordered two pairs of jeans from *** Denim on Nov *** The total cost was $
On Nov **, 2016, I received an email that my order had been shipped via UPS with a tracking number of *** 
On Dec *, I received an email from *** that I was being refunded $
When I finally received the package related to tracking number ***, it did not contain either pair of jeansI was sent a Lacoste bag by mistake, with no packing slip enclosedI followed the instructions online and returned the item to ***, indicating I was sent the wrong itemI returned the item using a UPS prepaid label - the tracking number is ***According to UPS, it was received on Dec **, by Hererra

I received an email from DLadvertising 40% off all regular price styles with code *** valid only for 11/**/until 11:PM EST I tried to place an order on the website, but the code did not work I noticed that the website homepage advertised the code as ***, but this code did not work either My sister had tried the codes earlier in the day and they did not work for her either I tried calling customer service, and was on hold for over minutes with no answer I hung up and called back, and was finally connected to a representative who instructed me to email the company and they would provide a new code I asked him why they had advertised two different codes to begin with, and why neither one of them appeared to be valid on their website even though one was advertised to the general public on their website He said they had received a few calls regarding this issue but he was not able to resolve it for me over the phone He also did not offer to pla

I ordered two pair jeans on *** oct.My order num is ***.But I just received one of it called Emma in riker.I called the costumer service to confirm about it.They just said I only ordered one pair.And they promis me to confirm it and call me back.But they didn't.They charge me two pair of jeans on *** oct.I also received the conformation email about it.I contact through phones and emails since nov ***,because I thought they sended it separately.Nobody answers me.I called them almost everyday they just asked me to send emails to their customer service.I did it everyday too.Still nobody answer me.That is so weird.I hope I can talk to them to resolve this problem
