In Response to this complaint Mr *** brought in his vehicle to have the windows Tint Removed and Retinted, upon seeing what the job Entailed, Mr *** was Clearly informed about the risk on the back window of possible damage to the defrosters when removing year old tint from back window, as we
tell all our customers with this type of job! This warning was shared 2-times prior to doing the work! Despite the warning Mr *** gave us the ok to do the work on his VehicleWhen he initially complained about the back defroster, I found it necessary to terminate contact with Mr *** after receiving a THREAT from Mr *** that prompted me to call the police I was advised by the police because of this type of threat not to have any contact with him as they were going to contact him as well! I also have the text messages, were he mentioned absolutely nothing about the moldings being damaged in which he keeps painting this picture darker and darker with whatever he seems he want to come up with.We pride ourself on our work and you have never received a complaint on us before! As this advance to legal action I will be counter sueing! We fill that Mr *** made the wrong decision when he decided to let the threats of a physical nature Fly!

I'm sorry That Mr *** feels this way, but Mr *** isn't ? telling the full truth of what happen during our conversations to get this resolved, Mr *** had told me that it wasn't a good idea for me to let customers know were I live because if he was "a crazy person" stuff could get damaged at my home or even to my VehiclesI took this as a threat to me and my family and after this I informed Mr *** that I had contacted ? the police and was informed not to contact him after this kind of threat! As for the receipt and warranty I provide every customer with this informationWhen Mr *** picked up his vehicle it was after hours and he had left me cashAfter that I tried contacting Mr *** twice to try and get him the receipt and info needed for warranty, but he did not return my callsMy receipts and warranties are mainly sent to the customers through email but due to Mr *** not returning my calls I was not able to get his email addressAlso Mr *** said he reached out to me to get this and nothing in my text messages or phone calls say anything about requesting that info! I am a professional business owner and have been for years and have always accepted credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash as payment! This was made know to Mr *** in the beginningJust like everything else he seems to say I didn't tell him! ? I do have proof that I accept all forms of payment including cardsNow going back to the $worth of damages Mr *** is claiming we did, I do have video of the moldings that were already faded and warped due to the sun and being a little older vehicle ,a VW Passat, that had already sustained damages over the years before we had even done a removal and install on my endAlso Mr *** did not listen to my instructions on the drying process of the tint which takes 3-weeks for everything to dry out, he immediately text me a few days after the install and said there was some debris in the front windowsI handled it and got it fixed for Mr *** right awayAt that time I had Mr *** look over his car and tint to see if everything was fine and he agreed it was and proceeded to leaveDuring that time Mr *** noticed that of the defroster lines on his back window were removedI then told him Yes that is what I informed you of before, that it could happen when removing old tint and he agreedAfter that Mr *** took it upon himself to take his car to a dealership because he said that his defrosters were not working ( mind you this was in 60-degree weather) before even letting us know what was going onHe then sent me a text saying that his heating grid was destroyed and ask what I was going to do to fix itI told Mr *** I wasn't going to do anything ? because he was informed in advance that is was a possibility that it could happen when removing tint and he agreed to proceed with the whole processIf he would have come to us first and let us know the problem we would have had our glass professionals look at it and not mechanics at a dealership who do not specialize in glass or defrostersIt just seems to me that Mr *** keeps trying to find any excuse to try and make the picture seem bigger then what it's isI did first agree to work this out with him but once he threatened I was informed by the police to not have anymore contact or dealings with Mr ***Also Mr *** has provided receipts on this saying that he had them fixed, and this was all done before even letting us know about the damages or showing proof to us that these were damages caused by us! It just seems that Mr *** is never going to be happy!!

I'm sorry That Mr [redacted] feels this way, but Mr [redacted] isn't  telling the full truth of what happen during our conversations to get this resolved, Mr [redacted] had told me that it wasn't a good idea for me to let customers know were I live because if he was "a crazy person" stuff could get damaged at my home or even to my Vehicles. I took this as a threat to me and my family and after this I informed Mr [redacted] that I had contacted  the police and was informed not to contact him after this kind of threat! As for the receipt and warranty I provide every customer with this information. When Mr [redacted] picked up his vehicle it was after hours and he had left me cash. After that I tried contacting Mr [redacted] twice to try and get him the receipt and info needed for warranty, but he did not return my calls. My receipts and warranties are mainly sent to the customers through email but due to Mr [redacted] not returning my calls I was not able to get his email address. Also Mr [redacted] said he reached out to me to get this and nothing in my text messages or phone calls say anything about requesting that info! I am a professional business owner and have been for 10 years and have always accepted credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash as payment! This was made know to Mr [redacted] in the beginning. Just like everything else he seems to say I didn't tell him!  I do have proof that I accept all forms of payment including cards. Now going back to the $700 worth of damages Mr [redacted] is claiming we did, I do have video of the moldings that were already faded and warped due to the sun and being a little older vehicle ,a 2012 VW Passat, that had already sustained damages over the years before we had even done a removal and install on my end. Also Mr [redacted] did not listen to my instructions on the drying process of the tint which takes 3-4 weeks for everything to dry out, he immediately text me a few days after the install and said there was some debris in the front windows. I handled it and got it fixed for Mr [redacted] right away. At that time I had Mr [redacted] look over his car and tint to see if everything was fine and he agreed it was and proceeded to leave. During that time Mr [redacted] noticed that 2 of the defroster lines on his back window were removed. I then told him Yes that is what I informed you of before, that it could happen when removing old tint and he agreed. After that Mr [redacted] took it upon himself to take his car to a dealership because he said that his defrosters were not working ( mind you this was in 60-70 degree weather) before even letting us know what was going on. He then sent me a text saying that his heating grid was destroyed and ask what I was going to do to fix it. I told Mr [redacted] I wasn't going to do anything  because he was informed in advance that is was a possibility that it could happen when removing tint and he agreed to proceed with the whole process. If he would have come to us first and let us know the problem we would have had our glass professionals look at it and not mechanics at a dealership who do not specialize in glass or defrosters. It just seems to me that Mr [redacted] keeps trying to find any excuse to try and make the picture seem bigger then what it's is. I did first agree to work this out with him but once he threatened I was informed by the police to not have anymore contact or dealings with Mr [redacted]. Also Mr [redacted] has provided receipts on this saying that he had them fixed, and this was all done before even letting us know about the damages or showing proof to us that these were damages caused by us! It just seems that Mr [redacted] is never going to be happy!!

In Response to this complaint Mr [redacted] brought in his vehicle to have the windows Tint Removed and Retinted, upon seeing what the job Entailed, Mr [redacted] was Clearly informed about the risk on the back window of possible damage to the defrosters when removing 5 year old tint from back window, as we...

I am rejecting this response because: It is rather apparent that this particular business owner is trying to circumvent the facts. He is indicating that I am not telling the truth. That is not true. I have telephone records that can debunk him indicating he tried to contact me. I also saved all my text messages to him as well. It is rather obvious, that if someone is trying to contact someone with an important item, not only would they leave a voicemail. The preponderance of the evidence, which is more likely than not; they would leave a text message. I will not banter nor negotiate anymore with this business owner, as he continues to be fabricate the facts and continues to be deceitful, dishonest, untruthful, mendacious, insincere, disingenuous, unscrupulous, unprincipled, cunning, sly, treacherous, and a Machiavellian. Moving forward all claims will be left in the hands of a judge in small claims court. Again, I have never filed a lawsuit against anyone in my 51 years of existence in the best country in the world. I am not a litigious person, nor will I ever be. However, in this case, I was left with no other choice. Again, I am a veteran of the US Army. I served my country with honor and valor. I deserve better, and so would any other consumer who had to incur what I have incurred with this particular business owner. Please post this to Revdex.com public site for public viewing. I will see this business owner in small clams court.
