Review: I purchased a 1-year x-box live subscription for my son through this website. The code we received was inavalid, and did not work. After communicating with the online chat people, they determined that the code had been used the same day we received it, and they had no way to refund my money, despite my repeated efforts to make them understand that the code never worked. I understand that it is my word against theirs, as the product was sent electronically. The code did NOT work, and this was very disappointing to my son, as he had received the money to purchase this as a Christmas gift.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the product that I purchased, but never received. I paid $45. I would like that money back, as I did not receive the product for which I paid that money.
