I am responding to the complaint my name is Don R*** I'm the owner of DLLS Landscape Company *** *** contacted me to do a job for her last month we went out to do at job and a couple of week later she told me her pipe has busted. So I told her we will come out less than hours
to redo it but she didn't want to wait that long so she wrote a complaint against me and she didn't give us ample time to respond and get the job done she also requested that she have that we returned all her money back and there's no compensation for the work that we have done if you need any more information please give me a call at ***

attached are pictures of the damage that was done. Don states it was a few weeks later, it was a few days later. He stop texting me when I asked for a full refund back and the addition funds to cover the company that did fix it. Like I stated before he used most of my supplies and when he was finished he had broken 2 Malibu lights whickmimreplaced at $24.99 each and a flood light that was $19.99. When he was digging it out he threw mud all over those items and I asked him about that. When he left he just left and didn't even place all the rocks he took out in my wheel barrel and in my garden crate. Don has stated this whole thing wrong. If he has a log book I wish you would check it because it was weeks later. If it had been that like I told Don for the few days. I was hauling water by a bucket to all my potted plants and to change the water for my dogs. If you would like a copy of out correspondence by text I will figure out how to get that to you.
