Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [My email address WAS NOT removed the first time, or I wouldn't have kept requesting removal They have told me twice that my address removed The last time they assured me it was removed, I received yet another email minutes later!!! I have the emails if you want them I do NOT have another email address so that is NOT the reason I keep getting their emails.] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

JTOTALLY my bad I apologize_______________________________________________________________________... the problem..it WAS an old email address..please forgive my stupidity

Dear jClub Customer,We can confirm without a doubt that your e-mail address is 100% unsubscribed from our database and has been since your first removal request. We have also have asked you several times if another e-mail address is being forwarded to the address you have unsubscribed and
still have not received a reply. The only possible way you would still be receiving e-mails from our company is through another e-mail address being forwarded to the one you unsubscribed. We suggest checking the settings of all e-mails (old and new) that you currently have to see if any e-mails are being forwarded to the one you have unsubscribed.  They actually called me.  Walked me through the process.  My I.T. dept assured me the 6 year old email address was removed, they lied!  JTOTALLY  my bad.  I apologize. ____________________________________________________________________... the problem..it WAS an old email address..please forgive my stupidity.
