Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Dear Sir/Madam,thank you for you timei appologize but I have to reject the offer because, first of all they are asking for the receipt and if I can't provide (since the person who gave it to me doesn't have it anymore) they won't reimburse me.I am not asking for hundred of dollars for reimbursement, I just wish to given a decent amount.$would not compensate the stress and heart break of losing something that was given by someone special to you.yes, I am being sentimental since this is a gift that I receive from a friend.I don't wish this to take so much of your time as well as the other party, I would want to negotiate on the amount they they are trying to reimburse me.but definitely I won't settle for $30.00.I hope you understand where I'm coming from.I am also open on their suggestion to find a replacement vest for my lost one if only to my liking.I just need them to send me a photo of the vest they found and I'll be happy to let them know that I will go for one of them.I am open for reimbursement (but not lower then $50.00) or replacement vest to my liking.Again, Sir/Madam thank you for your time and help.Hope to hear from the other party and hope we could go separate ways happy Sincerely, [redacted]
