The company billed me for work that was not completed and services that were not provided. When I emailed the company to complain they refused to provide any proof of what they were billing me for. I terminated the company for billing me for services that were not provided. At the time I terminated the company I had a zero balance on my account as confirmed by the office manager. After I terminated the company they claimed I owed them money for services that were not provided, refused to provide proof, and sent me to collections. In fact I have overpaid for services that were not provided and am due a refund from the company.

Correction to a credit report All collection activities should cease and desist and any reporting to credit agencies should be removed. I do not owe this company any money, in fact I am owed a refund of $632.50 for work I paid for that was not done or completed.

I terminated the business for non-performance of services. At the time that I terminated their services, I my account was paid in full with a zero balance. After said business was terminated, they requested additional payments for services that were not in fact performed. I disputed the amounts in question and requested further proof. Company refused to provide further substantiation for amounts billed or services performed. In fact, I have overpaid for services that were not provided and company owes me a refund. Company is pursuing a willfully false collection action against me.
I pay all of my legitimate creditors and have never had a collection action against me. On the other hand, said business has had numerous complaints lodged against them for unfair business practices. As a practicing attorney I know my rights, and a business is not permitted to send a customer to collections for a disputed alleged debt without providing any proof of disputed amounts owed.
On October 24, 2017, said business charged me $400 to fill a hole with dirt in my backyard. I complained, and they never finished the job. I finished the job myself despite having paid them in full. (see attached)
On September 8, 2018, after having called the owner David C several times without having my calls returned, about being billed for services under the service agreement that was not performed, I emailed the office to raise the issue. I was shorted 4 services trips for lawn service which amounts to $232.50 under the agreement. (see attached)
On June 12, 2019, said business attempted to collect fees for the services that were not performed a year prior for the first time. (see attached). Prior to that date my account was paid in full and I had received no prior notice of any unpaid amounts. I terminated my service effective immediately but paid for the entire month (an overpayment of $77.50).
In sum I have overpaid said business $710 for services that were not completed or not performed. Said business have never provided proof of what alleged amounts owed are being billed for or responded to my complaints. Accordingly, any collection action against me is willfully false and should cease immediately.
As stated previously, we cannot comment on a matter that has already been delegated to collections.
