things this response from the customer at best stretches the truth in several instances First and foremost NOTHING has been "returned" to us. If it has, he should provide tracking info Second, nobody told him "tough luck". We explained that as the other 5-10,customers who have purchased this product understand, this is a natural product that varies in shades.Third, we answered him why the slightly darker knife was used. It is because every one of these knives we sell is engraved. We do not pick and choose and sort colors. They get engraved and shipped to the recipients.Fourth - no responses?
