Michael Finney Air Conditioning is a top-notch company that truly knows and remembers what customer service is When I was researching companies to come and give free estimates on replacing all the duct work under my home, Michael was the only one who physically crawled under my house to make an assessment of my situation All the others just gave me a quote based on number of returns and vents without really knowing what my problem was The others even wanted to charge me an estimation fee if they had to crawl under the house Not Michael And he was very reasonably priced and did a fantastic job He was on time when it came to installation date and finished it in the amount of time he said it would take If you are in the market for A/C repair or ductwork repair, Michael Finney is the only one you need to call
It was a great experience to have this company fix both of our air conditioning. They were constantly checking up on us making sure we were good and trying to have other options to maintain cool while we waited on the piece necessary to fix our issue. Customer service was definitely a plus. Also very good with explaining the whole process and the reasoning before and after everything they did for us. My family and I would definitely recommend this company to everyone and they are in the top of our list if we were to ever need them again. Thanks for all your hard work, it definitely didn't go unnoticed!
