I am exhausted on waiting for Ms *** to do the right thing so im going to send the check to her via certified signature returncan you send me her address on higgins st it was sent to me but I cannot find it, I need to get this resolved and off my plate

Claim: J. [redacted] claim was that I was paid $600.00 for a fence and never came back.   Response: June 1st, 2017 Ms. [redacted] paid me $600.00 at the same time she paid for a project that she kept delaying payment on, knowing that i had reminded her several times that she needed to pay the...

invoice and was not going to work for her again. so she paid me in advance for the fence. she asked me to install a fence at a property, I went and looked at the property and advised her that the fence needed to sit on top of a block wall and that welded brackets would need to be fabricated. she said she needed the fence as soon as possible so I ordered the fence brackets from a welding fabricator.   June 3rd, 2017 Ms [redacted] calls at 12:30 AM (just after midnight) and wants to discuss where the fence location is, I proceed to tell her that it will sit on top of the block wall at the rear yard. she does not understand as she was intoxicated again as she was whenever she called me late at night (phone records showing late night calls from Ms [redacted] available if needed) and insisted that I move the fence to the front of the yard. I told her "no problem" I will just have to remeasure the fencing on Monday.   Monday June 5th I measured the fence line again, as I was measuring she called and said she wasn't sure where the fence was going and I  assured her that she called me on Saturday night and told me where to put it, and that was what I was doing, and that I would try to get the fabricator to not fabricate the brackets as we no longer needed them.   Tuesday June 6th Ms. [redacted] texts me that since i'm so busy and cant get to her fence that I should just reimburse her the $600.00 I responded "that's  fine, i'll even eat the fabrication costs if there are any" as the fabricator had not returned my call.   at that point I unloaded my thoughts to Ms. [redacted] that the problem is not being too busy its that she needed to make a firm decision, as with all of her projects she waivers on the decisions and cant finalize any of them, I referenced the property in apple valley to where she asked me 5 different times to go change locks on it and then called me back cancelling it every time.   the fact remains that YES she did pay in advance, and YES I will refund her money but that the refund will be sent out on the 31st of June at the monthly accounting,  which will be sent out this Thursday July 1st, 2017
