D.M. Hall Carpentry

I [redacted] hired [redacted] M Hall Carpentry to fix one of the rooms in my house that was damged due to a frozen water pipe that burst in Feburary,I gave [redacted] M Hall a first down payment of $5000 insurance money that he cashed rigt away . D.M. Hall showed up once to my house after cashing the insurance money did some work that was estamited at $800 dollars by another carpenter and then disappered. I then kept on calling [redacted] Hall and he kept on blowing me off and then when he finally answered my phone call [redacted] Hall told me to get lost and to stop bothering him that he no longer have my money. D.M. Hall owes me $4200 dollars.
